Getting your new or used car delivered is a simple and 100% Touchless experience. To compliment our 100% online shopping experience, Dimes Motors is now offering Touchless Delivery and pick-up for all orders.

Delivery FAQ

Customer who purchases a car through Dimes Motors will automatically paired with a Concierge Manager. The entire delivery process will be managed for you.

Express Pickup

Take delivery with touchless pick-up of your car from a Dimes Motors location.

Arrive at your scheduled Dimes Motors location, check-in and be remotely routed to your new car. Your required documents will be waiting inside your car, ready to be signed. When you’re ready to get on the road, drive to the exit and return your completed documents. We will provide temporary registration and plates, depending on your state.

 

Dimes Direct Delivery

A Concierge Manager will safely hand off your car at a location of your choice.

With Dimes Direct Delivery, your car is brought directly to you by your Concierge Manager at a location of your choice (home, workplace, etc). Once the car has arrived, you will sign your paperwork and be ready to drive within minutes. If you prefer, delivery paperwork can be left in the car for immediate signing and collected by your Concierge Manager once completed. Dimes Direct Delivery is only available to customers within an approved distance. 

 

Dimes Carrier Direct

This option is available for customers who live more than 300 miles from a Dimes Motors location and are eligible for a third-party carrier to bring their car to their delivery address.

Payment, paperwork and e-sign agreements must be completed in full prior to delivery. You must also send back any remaining physical paperwork in the car within 24 hours. A pre-paid shipping envelope will be provided. Due to certain state limitations, not all customers may qualify.

 

Dimes Worldwide Express

This option is available for customers who live outside of the USA. We provide secured and insured shipping for you new or used car anywhere in the world.  

Payment, paperwork and e-sign agreements must be completed in full prior to delivery. You must also send back any remaining physical paperwork in the car within 24 hours. A pre-paid shipping envelope will be provided. Due to certain state limitations, not all customers may qualify.

What information do you need from me before delivery?

Your concierge manager will request a delivery address, contact phone number, and time frame of when you would like your new vehicle delivered.

Do I need to have my insurance policy active for my vehicle before delivery?

Some states and/or financing methods require insurance for your vehicle be active by delivery.
